Whenever we see a photo of a naked kid running around on a beach, we can become envious. We’re envious of an earlier time before we were old enough to become self-conscious about how we looked, or what we said, or how we behaved, or who was watching. There’s so much to learn about the confidence and courage of kids. It’s something we are all born with, but most of us lose as we get older and come under the influence of those around us. Instead of trusting and acting on our own instincts, as we did as kids, we become more concerned and swayed by what others think. Doesn’t make much sense, does it?
